F16, F34, F36, and F61: Door lock error
The error indicates that the door lock does not activate, and no program activates because the porthole door is open.
Causes:
- The porthole door is open.
- Faulty door microswitch
Solutions:
- Close the door.
- Check the door lock.
- Check the door lock wiring.
- Replace the door lock if necessary.
F17, F26, F27 and F31: Pressure switch error
The error indicates that the solenoid valve of the machine is taking too long to fill with water.
Causes:
- The water tap is closed.
- The intake water pressure is below 1 bar.
- The water intake filter or supply is blocked.
- Faulty solenoid valve.
- Faulty pressure switch.
Solutions:
- Open the water tap.
- Check the inlet valve.
- Check the pressure switch hose and clean the chamber pressure.
- Check the pressure switch.
- Check the wiring connections.
F18: Drain pump error.
The error indicates that the washer takes too long to drain.
Causes:
- The drain pump is blocked.
- Faulty drain pump
- Faulty pressure switch.
- The pressure switch chamber is blocked.
- The drainage tube is blocked.

- Switch the washer off and back on to reset.

F19: Heater element error.

F20, F37 and F38: NTC (Heater Sensor) error

F23: Leakage error.

F42, 43 or 44: Motor error
The error indicates that there is no alternating rotation of the motor.

- Faulty carbon brush.

- Faulty TRIAC.
- Circuit board problem.
Solutions:
- Carry out a test cycle to reset.
- Check the load / bearings.
- Check the carbon brush.
- Check the tachometer.

F59: 3D sensor error.
The error indicates that the number of turns during the spin is reduced.
Causes:
- Defective wiring connection.
- Faulty 3D sensor
- The 3D sensor magnet is not correctly positioned.
- Faulty main PCB
Solutions:
- Check the wiring.
- Position the 3D sensor magnet correctly.
- If the error still occurs, replace the 3D sensor.
- Check the main PCB.
F63 or F67: Main PCB error
The error indicates a malfunction of the software circuit board or main PCB.
Causes:
- Faulty circuit board microprocessor.
- Software problems.
Solutions:
- Switch the washer off and back on again, using the ON/OFF button to reset.
- If the error code still appears, replace the circuit board (the main PCB).
